声優で「へそのお.com」のメインパーソナリティー、そして、２歳の娘さんの母でもある岡田ナオさんが育児ママに電話をかけて、楽しくおしゃべりに花を咲かせます。育児のことやママのことまで、いろんなことを聞いちゃいます。電話のお相手は、明日香（あすか）ちゃん（４歳）と雄也（ゆうや）くん（１歳３ヵ月）のママ、真知子さんです。（２）シリーズ企画『ママに代わって行ってきます！』
メルマガでおなじみの３姉妹ママ・チエさんが、毎日忙しいママに代わって、ママたちの知りたいことを取材したり調べたりしてお送りします。今回も、「整体の観点からみた女性のカラダ」について、整体師で整体体操の指導者・窪田知紅先生にお話しを伺いに行ってきます！今回は、第４回目。「妊娠期に気をつけること～声かけの重要性と足首は子宮の急所～」についてです。
